These terms apply when you play ORCAQ Games on our website (games.orcaq.net) or in the ORCAQ Games Android app, both published by ORCAQ, based in the Arab Republic of Egypt. By playing, you agree to these terms.

In short: the games are free, for players aged 13 and older, and for personal fun. The app shows ads to stay free. Please play fair and do not copy or resell our games.

1. Who can play

The games are intended for players aged 13 and older. If the law where you live requires a parent’s permission at your age, please play only with that permission.

2. Free games and ads

All games are free to play. The website shows no ads at the moment. The Android app shows ads from Google AdMob, including optional ads that you may choose to watch for an in-game reward. In-game rewards, coins and items have no money value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game.

3. Your progress

Your progress is saved only on your own device. If you clear your browser data, delete the app, or change your phone, your progress may be lost, and we cannot restore it.

4. Fair use

Use the games for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
Do not copy, modify, resell, re-host or redistribute the games or any part of them.
Do not try to break, hack or overload the website or the app, and do not use bots or tricks to get ad rewards.

5. Ownership

The games, their code, graphics, sounds, texts and the ORCAQ name and logo belong to ORCAQ or to their licensors and are protected by law. Some parts use open-source or free-to-use material under their own licences.

6. Third-party services

The app uses third-party services, such as Google AdMob and Google Play. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them. How we and they handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. No guarantee

We work hard to keep the games fun and working, but we provide them “as is”, without any guarantee that they will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change, update or stop any game at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ORCAQ is not responsible for any indirect loss, lost progress or data, or damage that results from using or not being able to use the games.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be removed by agreement.
