This policy explains what happens to your data when you play ORCAQ Games on our website (games.orcaq.net) or in the ORCAQ Games Android app. ORCAQ (“we”, “us”) is the publisher of both, based in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
We do not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, location or contacts, and there is no sign-up or login. We do not run our own servers that receive information about you. The only exception is a message you choose to send us (section 11).
To remember your progress, scores, coins, settings (sound, vibration) and chosen language, the games save small pieces of data in your browser’s local storage or in the app’s storage on your phone. This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. You can delete it at any time with the game’s “Reset progress” button, by clearing your browser data for the site, or by clearing the app’s storage in your phone settings.
To keep the games free, the app shows ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC): a banner on the game menus; now and then a full-screen ad between rounds (only after a round has ended, never during play, and at most one every few minutes); sometimes a full-screen ad when you open the app or come back to it after an hour or more away; and optional “watch an ad” rewards that you choose to start. To show and measure these ads, Google may collect:
Google processes this data under its own policies: How Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
There are no in-app purchases at the moment. If we add them later, they will be handled entirely by Google Play, and we will never see your payment details.
ORCAQ Games are intended for players aged 13 and older. They are not directed to children under 13, and the app’s ads are configured as not child-directed with content rated for teens at most. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app and that data was collected through it, please contact us and we will help remove it.
Depending on where you live — for example under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no personal data about you on our own servers, requests about advertising data are best sent to Google through your Google account; we are happy to help you do this. We do not sell personal data.
Google may process advertising data in countries other than your own, under the safeguards described in its privacy policy.
The games run on your device and do not send personal data to us. The website is served over a secure HTTPS connection.
We will update this page whenever our practices change, and change the “Last updated” date above. Important changes will also be shown in the app or on the website.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, by SMS or by e-mail, we receive what you send: your phone number or e-mail address, the name on your WhatsApp or e-mail account, and your message. On WhatsApp we may also see your profile photo and “About” text, if your privacy settings show them. We use it only to reply to you and to help with your request — never for advertising — and we do not share it with anyone unless the law requires it.
